Transforming an ordinary Lamborghini Gallardo into something special!

What happens when you get bored of your car? That's where ZR Auto comes in!

This completely stock 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo from Lethbridge, Alberta, recently came in for some major upgrades, and we're excited to share the transformation with you.

Let's face it, we're known for turning factory show-stoppers into absolute neck-breakers. This Gallardo is going to be no exception! 

First we removed the brake calipers and painted them in-house. We did the same for the engine plenum too. No more boring black!

Next we tinted the headlights, taillights and the windows, including a tint strip on the windshield. Now comes the exciting part!

Our graphics team is currently turning this factory silver Gallardo into a sinister matte black monster! We've also got some black ADV.1 wheels ready to install.

To give the car some exciting personality, we also added a Superleggera style rear carbon wing. The car is almost done, and we're excited to unleash this fantastic refreshed Gallardo back onto the streets of Lethbridge!

Sinister Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 from Saskatchewan

When a beauty like this shows up, sometimes you just have to stare!

This Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 has been modified with 360 forged wheels, carbon spoiler, headlight and taillight tint, graphics package and more.

Hailing from Saskatchewan, the owner had his Gallardo brought out to ZR Auto for us to work on and give a thorough servicing to before it heads out onto the roads again.

We're always flattered when our customers come from so far away to have their cars worked on. When it's a beauty like this, it's absolutely worth it. This Gallardo is on point!

Lamborghini Gallardo Out of Province Inspection

 When importing a car from other Provinces or from out of the country, one thing to keep in mind is that the car needs to have an Out of Province (OOP) inspection completed before the car can be deemed road legal in Alberta.

One of the services ZR Auto offers is Out of Province inspections. As a licensed inspection facility, ZR Auto's mechanics can verify that your car meet's Alberta's road safety standards. If your car doesn't meet Alberta's regulations, that's no issue. With access to the right parts and distribution centres, we can get your car up to Alberta standard and out onto our beautiful roads in no time!

 This Lamborghini Gallardo came in from Ontario for an Out of Province inspection before being unleashed onto Alberta's roadways. Most of the time the cars don't need much work done. The most common points to note are: seatbelts, third brake lights, daytime running lights and cabin safety components.

ZR Auto's SoCal Tour 2015: The drive of a lifetime!

 Our Southern California adventure continues! Over the past few days, our ZR Auto crew from B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan has traveled from Palm Springs to San Diego, then on to Beverly Hills, onward to Santa Barbara, and finally Las Vegas!

We've had a blast on our adventure and look forward to the next one. Joining our gold ZR Auto Lamborghini Diablo on this trip were: a Lamborghini Huracan, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Ferrari 458 Spider, Porsche 911 Edition 918 Spyder and Heffner Twin Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo.

 The journey has been great, the roads incredible and the camaraderie as good as it gets! We've got a top-notch crew in Las Vegas right now and we wouldn't trade our friends for anything!

ZR Auto's SoCal Tour 2015!

It's no secret, we love cars and we love driving! At ZR Auto we're much more than just a performance shop, we're a lifestyle!

Right now we're in Southern California enjoying the sunny weather and the fantastic roads in a caravan of incredible automobiles!

We started in Palm Springs, California, and headed straight for the Thermal Racetrack in Thermal, California. With a few hot-laps under our belts, we headed onward to San Diego, California.

Over the next few days we'll be visiting Beverly Hills, Santa Barbara and finally, Las Vegas!

Along the way we'll be exploring the locale and enjoying what each destination city has to offer.

In our ZR Auto group we have a Ferrari 458 Spider, Lamborghini Diablo, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Lamborghini Huracan, Porsche 911 Edition 918 Spyder and Heffner Twin Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo.

It's been a fun journey so far! Enjoying adventures like this with our customers is absolutely incredible! Seeing them enjoy their cars and experiencing the camaraderie is like nothing else on this planet!

We're Heading On A Road Trip!

 We're going on a road trip to the American South-West! In just a few short days we'll be touching down in Palm Springs, California, to reunite with our cars and spend a week on the road with some of our customers.

We'll be travelling around California and Nevada in our ZR Auto Lamborghini Diablo VT with a crew of Lamborghinis and Ferraris close in tow!

 From racetracks to fancy hotels, enjoying the scenery and getting to know the locale, we'll be doing it all! So for our U.S. fans, be on the lookout for our gold-wrapped Lamborghini Diablo, LP 560-4, a couple of 458s, a Huracan and a 1500 hp Heffner TT Gallardo!

Orange Heffner Twin Turbo Gallardo Ready For A New Wrap!

Like us, many of our customers really enjoy transforming their vehicles into something they can really enjoy. For some that means a body kit, for others it means more performance. From wheels and tires to wraps, window tint and more, we're invested in turning your car into something that stands out.

This Lamborghini Gallardo, to put it bluntly, is far from subtle. As it stands it's already in your face. What started out as a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo 6-speed has turned into one astounding ride! Over the years we've pumped more power into this Gallardo via Heffner Twin Turbo upgrades, to the point where it pushes out a whopping 1500hp to the crank on race fuel!

Additionally, it boasts a widebody kit from IMSA as well as custom IMSA wheels. For years it's been sporting special carbon fibre graphics on the hood and sides of the car, but the owner wants something different for 2015. We've been working hard with our graphic designer to create something special for this Gallardo and just received approval from the owner to begin wrapping his car with this neat design.
